6 | Electrical connection The socket in the device can be equipped with an optional integrated residual current circuit breaker that switches off the socket in the event of residual cur- rent. Check the socket in the device for correct function before commissioning for the first time.
The WLAN adapter integrated in the device is a market-dependent option that is not available in every country. For devices from the iVario 2-XS series, WLAN is available as an option. The devices from the iVario Pro 2-S series have WLAN as standard.

9 | Wastewater connection Wastewater connection Regulations for the wastewater connection NOTE Drain pipe does not comply with the regulations Use a steam temperature resistant drain pipe that at least corresponds to a pipe of type PP. Do not use a hose. NOTE Contaminated wastewater and wastewater containing grease Ensure that a grease separator is installed on-site to treat the wastewater.

10 | Decommissioning Decommissioning 10.1 Notes on decommissioning Observe the following when decommissioning the device: Ensure that the device is disconnected from the power supply and is de- energized. Remove all water and wastewater connections from the device. If the device is to be transported, remove the device from the foot locking mechanisms and from any wall mountings (mounting chain).
