Information about the FDDR-7000 connected to the host computer (personal computer) is displayed.
(When two or more FDDR-7000s are connected, information of the respective FDDR-7000s are
displayed.)
This information includes the identification number of FDDR-7000s connected to the host computer,
device (SCSI information about the FDDR-7000 connected to the host computer) and version number
of the Operation Software BZFD-7020.

The device display indicates the following:
ha0 ···· Number of the SCSI host adapter connected
d5 ······ The ID number on the SCSI bus (SCSI ID is set to 6)
l0 ······· The logical unit number (This number is always 0)
9. The Operation Software 1/2 and 2/2 are installed.
The progress of installation is displayed as a percentage.
10. When installation is complete, the menu returns to step 8.
To stop installation, click Quit on window of step 8.
11. When installation is complete, turn off the main power of the FDDR-7000.
Return the switches (DIP) on the CPU-253 board to the original positions.
Set all switches from S3 (SW1)-1 to S3 (SW1)-8 and from S301 (SW2)-1 to S301 (SW2)-8 to the
OFF position.

Resources need to be set up in order to operate the FARAD system. Be sure to set up the resources
after completing Operating Software Installation.
