2. Using Relays as Input Connections with the I/O8 Radio
The following application outlines the connection of 2 relays to the HARMONY IP I/O8 Inputs.
When a relay is activated, the Open contacts of the relay close which connects the HARMONY IP I/O8 Input
to ground. This will activate the corresponding input.
The following diagram shows 120 VAC relays but any type of relay with dry contacts (no voltage applied
to the contacts) may be used.
