It contains instructions, suggestions, and information which guide you to set up and achieve optimal performance from your equipment.

    CONNECT LIST A Connect List file is used in instances where your HARMONY IP I/O8 radios are part of a different IP network and need to be accessed. This list could include all or only specific radios in a network. Each Connect List is saved as a specific file.

    The IP I/O8 unit supports the use of a hard-switch for wireless on/off control over the 900MHz network and/or over IP-based LAN network with all Encom HARMONY devices. In the event of a conflict with the scheduler, the hard switch will take precedence over the scheduler. If there is a loss of communication, the I/O 8 will still operate under its internal clock and scheduler.

    An Input is activated when it is connected to DC Ground using a switch or relay contacts. An Input can also be activated when pulled low by an Open Collector output. Inputs applied to the HARMONY IP I/O8 can be ‘dry’ contacts (no voltage applied). For example, a switch or relay.
