Cause
Dirt and soap between wheels. Clean wheels.
Emergency stop button used.
Battery empty.
Plugs removed.
Manual controls not working.
Charger is not plugged in.
Charger is not working.
Lock button used.
Technical issue.
Solution
Turn emergency button 90
degrees to the right.
Charge battery / install reserve
battery.
Check plugs (to side of control
box).
Check plugs.
