23. Route cable through the pulleys brackets on the main frame. Cable routes around pulleys and under the screw in
the tube of the main frame.
NOTE: (Detail #1) Ensure the cable is routed correctly around pulleys and down the center of the tube, between
the brackets that go top to bottom in the tube. (Detail #2) Look through the window on the top of the tube to
ensure the cable is routed beneath the screw and between the brackets.
