Note: in some steps we notify you when longer bolts are needed instead of the standard M8x16. If no bolt size is mentioned the standard M8x16 bolt should be used. STEP 2 Attach the feet on the main beams and add the pictured parts as shown below Note: remove the red striping those will be added later on after we are done building.

Note: make sure to break off the taps in the corner brackets with a flat screwdriver if don’t they sit flush on the aluminum profile as shown below.

STEP 4 Add 2 profiles on top of the existing square as shown below Tip: place temporarly 2 corner brackets on the outer side of the profile to create a perfect square. After adding the parts in step 4 your build should look like this:...

STEP 5 Add the seat slider and brackets as shown below. Additional information on this step can be found on page 18 After fitting the leaver, test if the rails can slide easily without any rubbing. Note:If you are a tall person its advised to mount the rails as shown below. If you are short person its advised to mount the rails on the most forward end of the profile.

STEP 6 After fitting the leaver, test if the rails can slide easily as shown below. STEP 7 Now attach the seat (GT style shown below) to the bracket and test if you can freely adjust your seating position with the leaver. If this doesn’t go smooth realign the seat brackets and try again until it slides smoothly.

Add the wheelmount support as shown below. Note: the distance from the wheel to your seat is personal preference. STEP 9 After tightening the upright profiles lay down following parts as shown below. Note: this is the standard wheelmount TR80-80WM...

STEP 10 Attach the wheelmount to the frame. Note: add 8x smaller silver t-nuts facing the seat in total, 4 on each groove. STEP 11 Attach the 2 metal plates using the 8 silver smaller pre-installed nuts.

STEP 12 Attach the adjustment plates to the inside of the already installed plates on the profile. STEP 13 Attach the wheel mount plate to the adjustment brackets as shown below.

Before fully tightening the wheelmount see below for adjustability options. Note: adjusting can also be done with the wheelbase mounted. STEP 14 Add the shifter profile as shown below. Note: Right side is illustrated but you could also choose to mount it on the left side. The height of the shiftermount is personal preference.

STEP 15 Add the shiftermount as shown below. Note: 4x M8x20 bolts should be used to mount the shiftermount to the L shaped bracket. 4x M8x16 is used to secure the L shaped bracket to the profile. The shiftermount can be adjusted to your preference as shown below.

STEP 16 Add illustrated parts as shown below. Note: The distance can be adjusted towards you personal preference on a later stage in this build if needed. STEP 17 Add the pictured parts to complete the bottom frame as shown below.

STEP 18 Add the side structure of the pedalplate each side at a time like shown below. STEP 19 Now slide in the nuts to attach the middle profiles.

STEP 20 Add the pedalplate as shown below. The pedalplate can be adjusted towards your likings as shown below.

Almost there! Now its time to personalize the seating/wheelmount and pedalplate towards your personal preference. Every component can be adjusted as shown below. STEP 21 When you are done adjusting, add the red striping. Note: you need to cut the red striping on several points in order for it to fit your custom adjustments.
