32. Fit the R.H and L.H. front lower trims (items 50, 51) and foam strips (items 52) to the base of the cab frame. Refer - fig.10.
33. Support the weight of the cab with the lifting equipment and rotate the cab frame rearwards to locate onto the rear
isolator mounts (items 35). Refer - fig. 10.

34. Align The rear isolator mount assemblies by adjusting the bracketry until they are in good central alignment with the
cab fixings.
35. Secure the cab assembly to the rear mounts using fasteners (items 38, 17,19) and ensure that the mount retainers
(items 36) are correctly located. Note: It is essential that the rear mount retainers are fitted.
36. Tighten all fasteners to the recommended torques shown below. Ensure that the rear mounts remain correctly aligned
and that the R.H. and L.H. infill plates are correctly located against the platform. Refit the platform securing bolts and
washers.
Tightening torques: M10 fasteners - 43Nm.
M12 fasteners - 75Nm.
M16 fasteners - 190Nm.
Platform securing bolts - 40Nm.
37. Connect the cab wiring loom connectors to the machine wiring harness connectors.
38. Refit the side screens and close the engine cover.
39. Fill the washer bottle and assemble onto the support bracket.
40. Connect the washer bottle pump connectors to the machine wiring harness connector.
41. Connect the washer bottle tube to the washer bottle pump.
42. Re-connect the battery, first the positive (+ve) and then the (-ve).
43. Refit the plastic tool tray. Refer - fig. 1.
44. Remove the lifting straps.
