Problem
The engine overheats.

Possible Cause
1. More coolant is needed.
2. There is restricted air flow to the
radiator.
3. The crankcase oil level is incorrect.
4. There is excessive loading.
5. The incorrect fuel is in the fuel system.
6. The thermostat is damaged.
7. The fan belt is loose or broken.
8. Injection timing is incorrect.
9. The coolant pump is damaged.

2. The air cleaner filters are dirty.
3. Incorrect fuel is in the fuel system.
4. The injection pump timing is incorrect.

6. The injection nozzles are damaged.
