I. PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Carefully unpack the device, remove all packaging materials and stickers except
the one with the unit's serial number. The absence of the serial number will
deprive you of your warranty benefits. Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces of
the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Wash the bowl with warm soapy water. Rinse
and dry thoroughly. Odor on first use of the appliance is normal. In such case,
clean the device.
CAUTION! Do not use the appliance in case of any malfunctions.
II. OPERATION
Place the device on a flat, stable, and hard surface away from any objects or
cabinets that could be damaged by steam, humidity, or high temperatures.
Before operating, make sure that the outer and inner parts of the pressure
multicooker have no dents, cracks or any other visible damages. There should
not be any obstructions between the heating element and the bowl.
Removable Lid with Lock Indicator
The device is equipped with a removable lid, which hermetically seals the
device building up pressure inside the chamber.
Pressure Multicooker automatically locks the lid while cooking. Lid lock indica-
tor rises.
If by the end of the cooking program lock indicator is in its raised position, it
indicates that the cooker is still pressurized and the lid is locked. Open the
steam release valve and wait for the lock indicator to drop down. Every time
the indicator drops or rises it makes a clicking sound.
Caution! Let the device cool down for 2–3 minutes before opening the steam
release valve to avoid a powerful burst of hot steam!

To Open the Lid
Take the lid by the handle and firmly turn it clockwise. Unlocked lid must move
effortlessly. Gently pull the lid up to open.
To Close the lid
Hold the lid by the handle and place it on the device, so that the lateral ledge
with the locking device is above the handle with the word "Закрыто в этом
положении" ("Closed in this position"). The lid must be placed evenly to prevent
distortion. Turn the lid counterclockwise until it clicks into place.
Caution! Open the lid holding it by the handle only. Do not attempt lifting or
moving the device holding it by the lid handle! Use carrying handles located
on the housing.
Steam Valve
The steam release valve is located on the lid. Select one of the two positions
depending on the cooking method required. If the steam valve is in the:
"ЗАКРЫТ" ("CLOSED") position – the until cooks under high pressure
(pressure cooker mode);
"ОТКРЫТ" ("OPEN") position — the unit cooks under normal pressure
(multicooker mode).
Turn the steam valve without effort holding it by the ledge. When you turn the
valve into "ЗАКРЫТ" ("CLOSED") position it slightly drops down.
When cooking the dishes that do not require a lot of liquid (rice, etc.), the steam
release valve can be opened right after the cooking cycle is complete. When pres-
sure cooking liquids (soups, purees, etc.) let the device cool down for 5–10 minutes
before opening the valve, to avoid the contents venting through the steam outlet.
Caution! Opening the steam release valve during or after use may cause a
powerful vertical burst of steam. Be careful! Keep your hands and face away
from the steam valve when releasing the pressure.

The cooking time in all programs except "Жарка" and "Выпечка" starts to count
down only when the device reaches specific parameters required by the program
selected, i.e. water comes to a full boil and appropriate pressure and tempera-
ture are reached.
"Time Delay" Function
"Time Delay" function allows programming the device to start cooking by spe-
cific time. The program can be delayed for a period of time from 1 to 24 hours in
