Remove the water‑separating fuel filter and sealing ring from the mounting bracket. Do not use a filter wrench.
NOTE: It may be necessary to keep the existing drain cap and use it on the new filter. Be sure to replace the O‑ring on the
drain cap.
4.
Remove the drain cap and O‑ring seal from the bottom of the existing fuel filter. Note the position of the O‑ring seal.

5.
Discard the used filter and O‑ring seal as defined by local authorities.
6.
Install the O‑ring and drain cap on the new water‑separating fuel filter.
