Start/Stop Panel

The start/stop panel allows the operator to start or stop an engine with the press of a single button. In dual engine applications,
each engine is controlled independently. For the start/stop panel to function, the key switch must be in the "ON" position.
In single helm applications, the start/stop panel is optional.
In dual helm applications, a start/stop panel is optional at the main station and required at secondary stations. The ignition key
switch connector will be capped at helm 2.

Function
Has four positions.
1.
"OFF." In the "OFF" position, all electrical circuits are off and the
engine cannot be started. The engine is stopped when the key
switch is turned to the "OFF" position.
2.
"ACC." In the "ACC" position, any accessory connections to the
electrical circuits can be operated. The engine will not operate with
the key switch in the "ACC" position.
3.
"ON." In the "ON" position, all electrical circuits and instruments are
operational.
4.
"START." In the "START" position the engine can be started.
NOTE: The key can only be removed with the key switch in the "OFF"
position.
