- Page 3 CALIBRATION FUNCTION • If the sound level meter to be calibrated has a 0.5” microphone, fit the supplied adaptor sleeve to the coupler on the Calibrator. 1.0” microphones fit directly without the adapter. • Insert the microphone of the meter to be calibrated carefully all the way into the coupler section of the Calibrator.
