Prior to the operation make sure that the
proper cutting disc is chosen, that fits to
the wet cutting procedure. Note: service
life of cutting discs designed for wet cut-
ting procedure will be reduced if these would be
used for dry cutting procedure.
• Mount the valve 17, as described above�
• Straighten the hose 15 and put the adapter 14 onto
the water tap or fitting of the coolant tank. Make sure that
the inner diameter of the adapter 14 complies with the
diameter of the water tap or tank fitting (see fig. 10-11).
• Open the valve 17, turn on water (it is advisable
to adjust the required pressure by practical testing),
switch the power tool on and perform cutting� Water
volume being fed to the cutting area can be adjusted
with the valve 17�
• Switch on the power tool and make a cut as
described above�
• Switch the power tool off, wait until the cutting
disc 13 stops completely, cut off water supply, turn off
the valve 17�
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool (see fig. 12)
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean� Regularly

kind of technology that works on the principle of clamp-
ing packaging�

ing as waste.
Power tool, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment-friendly
recycling�
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling�
These instructions are printed on recycled paper man-
ufactured without chlorine�
