Luminaire Installation and Electrical Connection
4) Switch off mains electrical supply.
5) Check that rating shown on luminaire label con-
forms with mains electrical supply.
6) Terminate cable

in sealable junction box (or: two mains
supply cables , if through wiring is required). For

termination details, refer to separate instruction
sheet as provided with junction box.
7) Set cables and sealable junction box J inside instal-
lation blockout/mounting ring assembly B/M.
8) Peel-off stickers on fixing thread holes D. Loosen
countersunk screws C (do not turn out). Insert
mounting lever L between head of countersunk
screws C and cover lens. Place luminaire housing
A into installation blockout/mounting ring
assembly B/M (Fig. IV) while aligning holes D on
mounting ring M.
Warning: When luminaire is placed inside in-
stallation blockout B, ensure there is no stress on
sealable junction box J or electric cables (Fig. lll).
9) Tighten countersunk screws C ' hand-tight'.
