ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Somerset Single Door Floor Cabinet
ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
This product requires assembly by an adult because of small parts. Care should be taken
in unpacking and assembling this item to keep small parts away from children. During assembly
children should be kept away from the product due to possible risk of injury.

  • Page 5 STEP 1 Attach drawer left side panel (9) to drawer back board (11) by inserting 2 screws (L) through holes on drawer left side panel (9), then tighten into drawer back board (11). Attach drawer right side panel (10) to drawer back board (11) by inserting 2 screws (L) through holes on drawer right side panel (10), then tighten into drawer back board (11).
  • Page 6 STEP 3 Attach drawer slides (U) to drawer right side panel (10) by inserting 2 wood screws (S) through holes on drawer slides (U), then tighten into drawer right side panel (10). Attach drawer slides (U) to drawer left side panel (9) by inserting 2 screws (S) through holes on drawer slides (U), then tighten into drawer left side panel (9).
  • Page 7 STEP 5 Attach left support board (14) to left side panel (2) by inserting cam bolts into cam lock holes and inserting wood dowels into dowel holes on the left side panel (2). Insert 3 cam locks (C) into cam lock holes on left side panel (2), then rotate clockwise to secure cam bolts in place.
  • Page 8 STEP 6 Screw 6 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1). Insert 6 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1). Attach cross bar (3) to left side panel (2) by inserting wood dowel (A) and cam bolt (B) into holes on cross bar (3) and insert 1 cam lock (C) into cam lock hole on cross bar (3) and rotate clockwise to secure cam bolt (B) in place.
  • Page 9 STEP 7 Insert 1 screw (R) through adjustable anchor bracket (P) into hole on top board (5). Screw 4 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on top board (5). Insert 4 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on top of left side panel (2) and right side panel (1).
  • Page 10 STEP 9 Option #1: Securing to Drywall Position cabinet against wall in desired location. Using a pencil, make small mark on wall through hole on bracket (P). Move cabinet away from wall and screw 1 plastic anchor (N) into wall on pencil mark. Place cabinet against wall, insert 1 screw (O) through hole on metal bracket (P), then tighten to plastic anchor (N).

    STEP 11 Insert 4 shelf holders (I) into holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1) at desired shelf height. Place shelf (13) onto shelf holders (I). ATTENTION ADULTS: Cabinet should be checked periodically for damage or loose screws/parts.
