Possible Cause
The peer party has muted the call.
The volume is minimum.

When a user dials 80000 using an IP phone, the call cannot be set up or no ringback tone can
be heard.
Possible Causes and Solutions
Possible Cause
The voice codec
priority is
incorrectly set.
Issue 01 (2013-12-26)
How to Resolve
Ask the peer party to unmute the call.
Press the Volume button to turn up the volume.
How to Resolve
Adjust the voice codec priority.
Access the phone web page as an administrator. Choose
Advanced > Media and set the priority of G.711A or G.711U to 1.
