Symptom
In the UC1.1 network environment, after the correct account and password are entered on an
IP phone's login screen, the message "No active AA server" is displayed and login fails.

Symptom
The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) service fails to be configured on an IP phone, or the BLF service
configured does not take effect.
Possible Causes and Solutions
Possible Cause
In the UC1.1 network environment:
The BLF service right has not been
assigned to the U1900 series
gateway or to the IP phone.
In the UC2.0 network environment:
The BLF service has been enabled
for the IP phone on the server, but
the target accounts of the BLF
Issue 01 (2013-12-26)
How to Resolve
Change the network environment of the IP phone to UC1.1.
Access the phone web page as an administrator. Choose
Advanced > Server > Network Environment, select
UC1.1, and click Save. The IP phone automatically restarts.

How to Resolve
Ensure that the BLF service right has been assigned
to the U1900 series gateway and the IP phone.
IP phone: On the phone web page, choose
Advanced > Service Rights Management, and
select Yes in the Authorized column for Busy
Lamp Field.
U1900 series gateway: For detailed operations,
see the related document of the specific U1900
gateway model.
Add these accounts to the local address book of the
IP phone.
