Setting the type of heating and temperature

After the appliance is switched on, the suggested type
of heating appears with the temperature. You can apply
this setting immediately by pressing the u button.
For other settings, you can change the values as shown
in the pictures.
Example: Steaming at 90 °C
Use the rotary selector to change the type of

heating.
Press the arrow ¿ to switch to the temperature.

Use the rotary selector to change the temperature.

Press the u button.
4.
The set type of heating and the temperature are shown
in the display.

After each use

:
Warning – Risk of scalding!
When you open the appliance door, hot steam can
escape. Steam may not be visible, depending on its
temperature. When opening, do not stand too close to
the appliance. Open the appliance door carefully. Keep
children away.
Moisture and dirt remain in the cooking compartment
after each operation. Therefore dry and clean the
appliance after each use. Also empty the water tank
after each use.
Drying the cooking compartment
:
Warning – Risk of scalding!
The water in the evaporator dish may still be hot. Allow
it to cool before wiping.
Leave the appliance door ajar until the appliance has

cooled down.
Remove any dirt from the cooking compartment

immediately.
Wipe out the cooled cooking compartment and

evaporator dish with the cleaning sponge and dry
with a soft cloth.
Wipe the front of the units dry if condensation has

Emptying the water tank
The water tank must be emptied and dried after each
steam operation.
Caution!
Do not dry the water tank in the hot cooking
compartment. This will damage the water tank.
Do not clean the water tank in the dishwasher.This
will damage the water tank.
Open the appliance door.
