2.7.11 Pipe/hose break safety device

An electronically controlled valve is fitted on the lifting cylinder. It is only possible to lower the
platform with a control signal from the control box, even in the event of a pipe/hose break.
The maximum descent speed is limited by a constriction in the cylinder.
