CELL METER TEST PROGRAM

This charger is equipped with a built-in high-speed microprocessor, it can be
used as a cell tester and indicates the resistance of each cell.
This evaluation does not give an absolute value as a professional internal resist-
ance tester would because of the difference in the test method, so that here the
internal resistance value is only suitable for a comparison between the cells of
the battery.
For example, to confirm the consistency of a battery's performance or to refer to
the performance of different batteries, a high or low charging current will affect
the accuracy of the internal resistance value tests. A higher charging current is
required for large capacity batteries with low internal resistance so the internal
resistance value will be more accurate.
