1. WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES Standard Battery Parameters Be very careful to choose the correct voltage for different types of battery otherwise you may cause damage to the batteries. Incorrect settings could cause the cells to fire or explode. Battery Fast Charge Nominal Cell Max.
1. WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES Discharging The main purpose of discharging is to clean the residual capacity of the battery, or to reduce the battery’ voltage to a defined level. The same attention should be paid to the discharging process as the charging process.

4. CHARGING CURRENT SETTING It is important to consider the maximum allowed charging current of your battery before charging it. A charging current higher than the maximum allowable charg- ing current may damage your battery and may cause a fire and explosion of the battery during charging.

5. CHARGE MODE SELECTION In order to charge the lithium battery correctly, it must be connected to the charg- ing port as well as to the balancing port. The charger uses the balancing cable to monitor and balance the voltage of each cell in the battery. If the balancing cable is not connected to the charger, the charger will give an alarm.

LITHIUM BATTERY (LiLo/LIPO/LIFE/LIHV) Li-XX Battery Balance Charge Mode This program ensures that each cell reaches the correct voltage after the final charge. The internal processor monitors the voltage and current of each cell during charging. The internal processor balances the voltage of each cell if necessary.
LITHIUM BATTERY (LiLo/LIPO/LIFE/LIHV) Program for reactivating and restoring an over-discharged battery This program helps over-discharged batteries to restore the conductors in the battery. However, an excessively discharged battery will not be able to be reacti- vated, it will be permanently out of use. When the restoration program starts, a current of 0.1 A is applied to activate and restore the battery if the cell voltage that is checked is lower than the pre-charge voltage.
DELTA -PEAK SENSITIVITY (∆V) for NiCD / NiMH batteries Programming the Delta-Peak’s sensitivity automatically stops the charging cur- rent and terminates charging when the battery voltage has reached its maximum and begins to decrease. If the Delta-Peak trigger voltage is set too high, an over- charge hazard will result, if set too low, the processor will stop charging early.

BALANCE STATUS During the charging process the display is green, it turns blue when charging is completed. When charging is completed (blue screen), the difference in cell voltage should be less than 10mV. The charger continues to perform accurate balancing of the battery while the screen is blue. USER SETTING Maximum POWER OUTPUT The maximum power is 200W for one load output. If you set the power value manually and use both load outputs, the total power of the 2 outputs will be 200W. Supply voltage limit This charger protects the battery from excessive discharge when used to power the charger (DC 9-24V connector on the back of the charger).
WARNING AND ERROR MESSAGES 1. Battery Type Select Error The charger has detected a battery type selection error. Select the correct battery type. 2. Battery Not Connected The battery is not or incorrectly connected to the charger. Check the cable. 3.
