Light Sensor

 When the room is dark, the touch operation panel and clean monitor dims automatically.
When setting the operation mode, the airfl ow rate changes as shown in the table below.
You can switch the airfl ow rate manually if you do not want to change it.

Adjusting Sensory Sensitivity Setting

 Sensitivity of the "Odor Sensor" and "Dust Sensor" which performs automatic switching of airfl ow rate can be ad-
justed in 3-step fashion.
You can adjust the sensor sensitivity setting as desired.
 The "Odor Sensor" and "Dust Sensor" are similarly adjusted.
 If the display or airfl ow rate setting changes during operation, set it again.
