The issue may be caused by an uneven fabric roll on the Roller Bar, improper motor direction, or misalignment in the Leg Assemblies. Check if the fabric is centered and rolling evenly onto the Roller Bar. Verify that the motor direction is correctly set by pressing the OPEN button and ensuring the fabric rolls from the top of the Roller Bar. Additionally, inspect the Leg Assemblies to ensure they are properly positioned and preventing the awning from shifting.
