7. Enter the telephone number of the service you will connect with and click
Next.
8. Create your new connection by clicking Finish.

Now you will have the new connection object in your Dial-Up Networking folder.
To set up that connection, point to the object and click the right mouse button.
From the menu that appears, select Properties.

There is extensive online help available for using Microsoft's Dial-Up
Networking, but there is one trick if you want to use a 128K ISDN connection.
Follow the instructions in the next section.
