7. Troubleshooting
‘ Even when the data is transmitted from the computer, the screen
making process does not start.
Does the selected printer driver support the machine?
Select a printer driver that supports the machine, and then perform the outputting operation on
the application again.
Does the status in "RISO GOCCOPRO QS2536" in the [Printers] folder
indicate that the data is waiting to be processed or in the process of
printing?
Wait until the data transmission from your computer is completed.
‘ The screen frame size registered is not shown in the [Name] list.
Did you click [Add] next to the [Name] list after entering the size?
Click [Close] in the [Frame size entry] dialog box to close the dialog box, and then click [OK] (or
[Apply]) in the [Environment] tab.

Has a screen frame size with the same name already been registered?
Register the screen frame size with a different name.
‘ Values cannot be entered in [Custom] on the [Frame size] tab.
Did you try to enter a value that exceeds the setting range?
The screen frame sizes that can be entered are: 590 mm to 635 mm (23.23" to 25.00") in width,
310 mm to 914 mm (12.20" to 36.00") in length, and 20 mm to 45 mm (0.79" to 1.77") in thick-
ness. Enter a value within the range.
