6.2.7.1 Replacing the fork shoe

The fork shoe of the SmartFork

the fork shoe on the basic fork arm and by three countersunk screws (M12 x 40) respec-
tively.

Raise the SmartFork
2. Counter the three M12 nuts with circlip on the underside of the fork shoe. Loosen
and remove the three countersunk screws on the surface of the fork shoe.

Improper repairs or the use of third-party components could lead to

tions and serious injuries. Improper repairs invalidate the guarantee and
the manufacturer's responsibility for any consequential damage.

– Always use original components.

Recalibration after replacing the fork shoe
After replacing or working on the fork shoe, a new calibration is always to
be carried out to ensure accurate measurement results.
® Scale picks up the load to be transported and transfers
® Scale off of the ground slightly with the industrial truck.
NOTICE!
Replace nuts that were removed!
The M12 nuts that were removed must always be replaced by new,
self-locking M12 nuts. Reuse is prohibited!
