Replacing the fork shoe

The fork shoe of the SmartFork
fork shoe
the weight to the three load cells. The fork shoe is held in position by the side panels of
the fork shoe on the basic fork arm and by three countersunk screws (M12 x 40) respec-
tively.

Raise the SmartFork

Counter the three M12 nuts with circlip on the underside of the fork shoe. Loosen
and remove the three countersunk screws on the surface of the fork shoe.

Recalibration after replacing the fork shoe
After replacing or working on the fork shoe, a new calibration is always to
be carried out to ensure accurate measurement results.

Scale off of the ground slightly with the industrial truck.
NOTICE!
Replace nuts that were removed!
The M12 nuts that were removed must always be replaced by new,
self-locking M12 nuts. Reuse is prohibited!
