PROBABLE CAUSE:SOLUTION
A. FRONT DISCS SET TOO SHALLOW: Lower disc
gangs to get better cutting action, 5" to 6" deep.
B. SHANKS NOT SPACED CORRECTLY: See shank
placement

A. SCRAPERS NOT ADJUSTED CORRECTLY: Adjust
scrapers to 1/8" to 1/4" clearance to disc blades. Under
sticky conditions, they may work better with 3/4" to 1"
clearance.
B. SCRAPERS NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY: Check
set-up instructions in
Chapter 3
. Adjust if necessary.
