Fix the two Lower handlebar (pt.E-1) to the Handlebar Post (pt.D-1) with

one Axle (pt.M-19), two sets of Wave washer (pt.P-13), Flat washers (pt.P-
12) and Gasket (pt.P-11) and Allen bolt (pt.P-10).
Pay attention : Please use two allen key tools to fix bolt ( P-10 ) on both side at the same
