Before first Use

Unpack the laser drill machine and check if all parts are complete and there is no
damage in transit. Dispose of the packaging material or store them in a same
place out or reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for
small children.
The laser drill machine is delivery partly mounted to ensure transport. For
mounting the laser drill machine, proceed as follows:
1. Place the base (A) on the ground and fix
the base with two bolts. Use both pro-
vided round holes.
Do not force the base while fixing on the
ground. Make sure not to bend the base.
If you fix the base on a wooden plate,
put big washers under the nuts to pre-
vent loosening the bolts.
Make sure the drill machine is freely
accessible for use, adjustments and
maintenance after mounting on the
ground.
2. Place the column (D) with the column
holder (C) on the base and tighten
the column holder with the three
included hex bolts (B).
3. Clamp the table bracket (E) with the
clamp bolt (P). Insert the clamp bolt
form the left side into the table
bracket (E). Make sure the drill table
(F) is securely fixed with the hex bolt
(part no. 4).
4. Place the complete motor Assy on
the column and slide it onto the
column as far as possible. Align the
motor housing with the drill table and
the base. Tighten the motor housing
with the set screws (part no. 16).
