Before first Use

Unpack the mini drill and milling machine and check all parts for any damage in
transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store it out of reach of children. Plastic bags
etc. may become a deadly toy for children.

Tool Fitting

1. Pull the plug from the power socket.
2. To insert a tool e.g. a steel cup brush (L), press the axle locking pin (5). Then
turn the locknut (6) anticlockwise to loosen. Use the provided key (N).
3. Push the selected tool into the chuck as far as it will go and tighten the
locknut (6) firmly, while holding down the axle locking pin (5). Use the key
(one of the three different-sizes 2.4 mm, 3 mm or 3.175 mm) that matches the
corresponding diameter of the tool bit.

Initial Operation

1. Ensure that the ON/OFF switch (2) is switched off.
2. Then connect the plug to the power socket.
3. Switch the machine on by switching the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
The unit will now start up. The LCD display initially shows the number "8",
which corresponds to the start-up rotation speed of 8 x 1000 revolutions/min
= 8000 revolutions/min. The number displayed in the LCD screen always
shows the rotation speed in units of 1000 revolutions/min.
The rotation speed is adjustable between 8 up to 35 (8000 revolutions/min up
to 35000 revolutions/min).
