4 inputs (NC/NO)
The Terxon PSTN dialer has four alarm inputs that can each
be assigned a voice message (e.g. A = fire, B = panic, C =
burglary, D = technical alarm). The alarm inputs A-D are
assigned to the voice messages A, B, C and D.
4 contact numbers
In the event of an alarm, the Terxon PSTN dialer dials up to
four 24-digit telephone numbers and transmits the
corresponding message texts. The general identification
message is played before all messages.
4 voice messages plus 1 identification message
Using the integrated microphone and loudspeaker, the
recording and playback of up to four voice messages and a
general identification message can be made. Each message
can be up to 25 seconds long.
Acknowledgement and abort functions
The called contact can confirm each incoming voice message
over the telephone and can also cancel dialling procedures
using the other functions. The dialer can also be programmed
so that the message transmission is made to one, two or all
target numbers and is then also confirmed despite a
successful initial confirmation.
Output
The negative switching transistor output can be activated
when message transmission is active, when the device
registers a transmission malfunction or when a message is
sent or confirmed.
Event log
The Terxon PSTN dialer has an event log that details from
which recipients the last message was confirmed.
Test functions
When the device has been programmed, you can transmit the
recorded voice messages to selected numbers. In test mode,
each stage of transmission is shown in the display.
