The standard for adjusting the clearance between the needle and the blade point of the shuttle
Use a standard Schmetz 794-Nm230 needle.
(1) Adjust the clearance (NO. ) between the convex section of needle (NO. ) and driver
(NO. ) to 0.
(2) Align the needle center with the blade point of shuttle (NO. ) and press the NO.

(3) Adjust the clearance NO.
