Ingress of particles from dirty compressed air can
result in malfunction. For this reason, only connect
the mounting unit to a compressed-air maintenance
unit with a water separator and filter having a pore
size of 0.01 μm (see also section 9 "Technical data").
Installing the mounting unit
1. Set the compressed-air supply (fig. 1, item 3) from
the workshop's compressed-air system to 0 bar.
2. Attach the mounting unit (fig. 1, item 2) to the
mounting device with the two cheese head bolts
M5x8 (fig. 1, item 8).
3. Insert the hose (fig. 1, item 6) into the connector
(fig. 1, item 7) on the mounting unit.
4. Attach the compressed-air connection (fig. 1,
item 5) from the workshop compressed-air system
to the coupling connector on the mounting unit
(fig. 1, item 4).
5. Set the compressed-air supply (fig. 1, item 3) from
the workshop's compressed-air system to
5.0 – 5.5 bar.

5. Lubricants and auxiliary
materials
To clean tools and protect shims and sealing rings, use
the following test oil:
"Divinol Calibration Fluid 2928V3".
