DIES, D5000-S,-M,-L, TE REC-Li60

Please be sure to read this operation manual before working.
In order to avoid an obstacle, when you perform clearing work of a dies, when doing attachment and
removal work of a dies, and when doing the adjustment work of a dies, please be sure to remove a
battery from TE REC-Li60.
Please use an eye shield, when you work.
Dies set for TE REC-Li60
The anvil side of the dies is attached to a cylinder head.
The crimper side of the dies is attached to a yoke.
Adjustment of terminal positioning plate
Adjust according to the terminal which uses the positioning plate of a terminal.

- Page 2 Instruction Sheet 408-78053 TE REC-Li60 A screw is loosened, a hook is removed and a dies is removed from TE REC-Li60. A screw is loosened. The position of an adjustment block is aligned with a stopper plate in the position where the tip of a terminal touches lightly.
