CONNECTING DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY INSTALLATION Check the polarity of the battery terminals. The positive (POS, P, +) terminal usually has a larger diameter than the negative (NEG, N, -) terminal. DO NOT leave the trickle charger maintainer connected and unattended for Connect the included SAE to Ring Terminal Cable or SAE to Alligator Clip Cable to the extended periods of time. -
