2.11 Riempimento impianto

Durante l'avviamento dell'impianto assicurarsi che il
detentore sul gruppo idraulico sia aperto.
Se ci si trova in mancanza di alimentazione elettrica e la
termovalvola è già stata alimentata precedentemente sarà
necessario utilizzare l'apposito cappuccio e premere l'ot-
turatore della valvola per aprirla.
2.12 Evacuazione dell'aria durante il
riempimento dell'impianto
- Aprire tutti i dispositivi di intercettazione dell'impianto
(manuali o automatici);
- Iniziare il riempimento
rubinetto di carico acqua impianto;
- Agire, utilizzando un cacciavite sullo sfiato dell'attacco
batteria posto più in alto (vedi figura sotto);
- Quando comincia ad uscire acqua dalle valvole di sfiato
dell'apparecchio, chiuderle e continuare il caricamento
fino al valore nominale previsto per l'impianto.
Verificare la tenuta idraulica delle guarnizioni.
Si consiglia di ripetere questa operazione dopo che l'ap-
parecchio ha funzionato per alcune ore e di controllare
periodicamente la pressione dell'impianto.

2.11 Filling the plant

When starting the system, make sure that the lock-shield
on the hydraulic unit is open.
If there is a power black-out and the thermal valve
is already running, use its cap and press the valve shutter
and open it.
2.12 Air exhaust when filling the system
- Open all the system's shut-off devices (whether
manual or automatic);
il - Start filling the system by slowly opening the water tap;
- With the aid of a screwdriver, work the vent on the
uppermost coil connection (see figure below);
- When water begins to leak out of the breather valves,
close them and continue to fill the system (as per the
rated specifications).
Check the tightness of the gaskets.
We recommend that you repeat this operation whenever
the device has been running for a few hours and that you
regularly check the system's pressure.
