Project management

The settings of the unit can be saved or loaded in/from three types of storage.
f Memory cards (optional) inserted in the memory card slots of control panels AV-HS60C2/AV-HS60C4
f Storage Module which can be mounted inside the System Manager Unit
f Internal storage of the local computer connected to the <LAN> terminal of the Live Production Suite system

t To use a memory card in the unit, make sure to initialize the memory card using the unit. When the unit initializes the memory card, it formats the
memory card and creates a dedicated directory. (All files saved on the memory card will be erased.)

Saving data on a memory card or storage module

Save a project file in a memory card or the Storage Module.

Select the <PRJ> button → [PROJECT] → [Storage] tab.

Select [Save] in the [SD]/[PC] column.
f The [Save] screen is displayed.

Change the screen display as necessary.
[New]
[Sort]
[View]
[Cancel]

Select [Save].
f Enter any name with the keyboard screen.
f When there is a file that has already been saved and a file to be saved is selected, that saved file is overwritten when you select [Save].

Select [OK] in the keyboard screen.
f The screen for setting the items to be stored is displayed.

Select the item to be stored.

Select [OK].
f The project file is saved in a memory card and the Storage Module.
f The file name can be changed even after saving. Do this from the [Misc] screen.
f Up to 100 project files can be saved in the Storage Module. The number of files that can be saved becomes less depending on the item to be
stored in memory. If a file cannot be saved, perform registration after deleting the file in the [Misc] screen.

Loading from a memory card or storage module

Load a project file saved in a memory card or the Storage Module.

Select the <PRJ> button → [PROJECT] → [Storage] tab.

Select [Load] in the [SD] column.
f The [Load] screen is displayed.

Change the screen display as necessary.

Chapter 5 Basic Operations — Project management
A new folder is created.
f The keyboard screen is displayed when you select [New]. Enter the folder name and select [OK].
Project files can be sorted for display by file name ([Name+]/[Name−]), date ([Time+]/[Time−]), or file size ([Size+]/
[Size−]), in either ascending order (+) or descending order (−).
Select the display mode.
[List]: Project files are displayed in a list.
[Icon]: Project files are displayed as icons.
Closes the [Save] screen.

f Key source preset, background wipe preset
f Register memory of shot memory (Max. 81)
f Key preset memory
Register memory of event memory (Max. 81)
Register memory of macro memory (Max. 81)
2 channels of current frame memory
81 still images saved in the register memory area
2 channels of current frame memory
Project files can be sorted for display by file name ([Name+]/[Name−]), date ([Time+]/[Time−]), or file size ([Size+]/
