4.6 Connecting 120 VAC Power

Installation must meet all National and Local
Codes. This installation must be
nected by a Suitably Trained and Qualified
Tradesperson.
DO NOT TOUCH any live electrical parts or conductors.
 Touching live electrical parts can cause fatal
shocks or severe burns. The electrode and
work circuit is electrically live whenever the
output is on.
 DO NOT WORK ALONE! The Input Power
Supply circuit and Power Source internal cir-
cuits are also live when power is on.
NOTE 4: These Products configures the Power Source
to the operating parameters for 120 / 208 / 230 / 240
VAC.
Electrical Input Requirements
Operate the Power Source from a single-phase, 50/60
Hz, AC Power Supply available on
Supply Voltage must match one of the electrical input
voltages shown in this manual.

NOTE 5: The time-delay fuse or circuit breaker of an
individual branch circuit may have nuisance tripping
when welding with this Power Source due to the am-
perage rating of the time-delay fuse or circuit breaker.
The recommended time delay fuse or circuit breaker
size for welding is shown in
