Main Frame Wheels Adjustment Proce-
dure:
a. To adjust the main frame wheels, make sure
the harrow is unfolded and lowered on the
ground.
b. Once the harrow is on the ground, pull the
hitch pin off the tractor and slowly pull forward
until the harrow tongue can rise without hitting
the tractor (See Figure 3-16).

c. Slowly activate the hydraulics to raise the
harrow. There is enough weight on the back
that it will make the tongue raise, causing
your main frame wheels to come off the
ground. At this time the main frame wheels
can now be adjusted (See Figure 3-17).
d. Carefully pull both pins out of the main gear
spindle mount (See Figure 3-18). Raise the
pin positions to lower the wheels (to work
shallower). Lower the pin positions to raise
the wheels (to work deeper) (See Figure
3-19). Replace both pins to desired positions
and return cotter keys to their safety locations
(See Figure 3-20).
e. Slowly release the tractor's hydraulic to
lower the tongue back to hitch position. Care-
fully back the tractor up until you can repin the
harrow's tongue to the tractor's hitch. (It may
be necessary to adjust the turnbuckle to
rehook the harrow to the tractor). You have
now successfully changed the depth adjust-
ments on the main frame wheels!
