    DESCRIPTION - Mixer/preamplifier. - Priority paging. Chimes. - 4 mic./line inputs with direct output and 4 line inputs. - General purpose output activated by prioirty. - Mono/stereo mode. CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS FRONT PANEL VOL: volume control of the corresponding input channel. SIGNAL/PEAK: LED power indicator of the corresponding input channel.

    REAR PANEL Power supply input 230/115 V AC. TONE: closes the contacts among one of the preset tone terminals (1-4) and the COM terminal in order to play the corresponding tone. VCA: remote volume control per channel. Connect an external potentiometer between the terminals R and COM for the right channel and between the L and COM channels for the left channel in order to remotely control the volume of both the output channels.

    PRIORITY AND CHIMES It is possible to select the priority of input channels 1 to 4, as well as its level. Similarly, it is possible to select whether the chimes are played or not in the input channels 1 to 4. In order to access the jumper and the potentiometer it is necessary to unscrew the upper cover of the device.

    - Check that the direct input and output volume controls are at their minimum. - Power the mixer/preamplifier mod. MX-862 using the AC mains socket. - Once the connections have been made according to your needs, connect the devices to the mains supply and switch them on.
