1. Add approximately half of the deionized water to the volumetric flask.
2. Weigh 90 g of sodium molybdate dihydrate.
3. Add the sodium molybdate dihydrate to the flask. Mix fully. The solution becomes warm.
4. Put the flask in an ice water bath until the solution becomes cool.
5. Stir the water and slowly add a small quantity of the sulfuric acid. The solution becomes warm.
6. Stir the solution and add the remaining sulfuric acid in small quantities. The solution becomes hot.
7. Put the flask in an ice water bath until the solution becomes cool.
8. Weigh 1.66 g of potassium antimonyl tartrate.
9. Add the potassium antimonyl tartrate trihydrate to the flask.
10. Stir the solution until the reagent fully dissolves.
11. Dilute to the mark with deionized water. Mix fully.
12. Add the solution to the analyzer bottle. Insert the seal assembly and put the cap on.
