Fault Cause
Cleaner will not switch Flat battery.

Solution
Place the Battery into the Battery Charger.
Press the On/Off Pedal.
Place the battery into the charger.
Unplug and plug the charger to a different
power socket.
Replace the dust bag.
Switch off the cleaner and remove the battery,
then take out the roller brush from the power
head and remove any hair from the roller
brush.
