Troubleshooting Guide Trouble Probable Cause Solution Low power or low free Low air pressure Check the air line pressure at the Inlet of the tool. It must not speed exceed 90 psig (6.2 bar/620 kPa). Plugged Inlet Bushing Screen or Clean the Screen in a clean, suitable, cleaning solution.

Inadequate grease Inject 2 to 4 cc of grease into the Grease Fitting. Worn or damaged parts Clean and inspect the Angle Head and Gearing. If the Bevel Gear and /or the Bevel Pinion is worn or broken, replace both parts as they should be replaced only as a matched set.
