TROUBLESHOOTING

Service problems that appear to be major can often be solved easily.
You can be your own troubleshooter by reviewing this guide. All other
servicing should be performed by an authorised service agent or
qualified technician.

FAULT
Cleaner doesn't

CAUSE
- Flat battery
- The dust canister is full of
dust
- Dust bin filter is blocked
- The air way is blocked
- Insufficient charging time
- Normal discharge

- The cleaner is not
connected to the
charger adapter
- The cleaner is connected
to a wrong charger
- The roller brush is jammed
- The suction inlet is
blocked
SOLUTION
- Charge the vacuum
cleaner
- Empty the dust canister
- Clean or replace the dust
bin filter
- Clear the air way
- Fully charge the battery
according to the
instruction described in
the charging section
- Purchase a new battery
- Connect the cleaner to
the charger adapter
- Check that the charger
model number is
ZD12D260050AU
- Turn off the cleaner and
remove the battery.
