Troubleshooting Problems

Problem
The unit doesn't turn on.
Can't hear the built-in nature
sounds.
Can't hear music from
attached MP3 device.
Can't remove the front end
cap from the mamaRoo
during disassembly.
The packaging foam blocks
don't fit when the unit is
repackaged.
Unit has stopped and LCD
backlight is flashing.
Solution
Check that the unit is connected
to a power source.
While unit is on, turn up volume
and turn Sound Select knob.
Make sure the MP3 cable is not
connected.
Adjust the volume on both the
mamaRoo
Refer to images #5 and #6 in the
Disassembly section of this manual.

The unit must be homed. Stop the
unit, then press and hold the power
button for 5 seconds to home.
An obstruction has occurred,
blocking movement of the
mamaRoo
and press play to resume.
