The oven

• After you have selected the heating meth-
od, set the desired oven temperature
using the temperature controller (15). The
oven can be set from 50 °C to 250 °C.
This means that the oven is switched off.
Hot steam can escape from the extraction
hood (16).
If the oven does not turn on
If the oven does not turn on, the display will
show the reason. There are two possible
reasons:
– The oven only works when the time is set.
Otherwise, the display flashes, see „Set-
ting/changing the time" on page EN-27.
– The oven is in automatic operation mode.

Oven light

The red oven light (9) lights up as soon as
you have selected a heating method and
set the temperature. It will light up while the
oven is heating up and/or re-heating. Once it
goes out, the set oven temperature has been
reached.
The red temperature light goes on and off re-
peatedly during the entire cooking time.

Extraction hood/external
cooling fan

The external cooling fan cools down the
steam and vapour that exit the oven through
the extraction hood (16) and prevents adja-
cent units from becoming too hot.
