The external wiring connected to the terminals requires installation by an instructed person or the used of ready-made leads or cords.
M1000A35 is ideal for small to medium size installations that require a self-contained system. The M1000A35 is highly efficient utilizing a Class D topology amplifier and is UL2043 Plenum rated. The included power supply is an external in line UL rated 24VDC power supply requiring no additional electrical conduit in most United States cities’...
A UL Certified external 24VDC 2.5A power supply is supplied to power the M1000A35. Powering the M1000A35 requires use of the included external power supply. It is suggested to place the M1000A35 within 6ft of a 120V AC outlet. If this is not possible, the power supply wire for the 24VDC output can be extended up to 50ft.

We recommend using the AtlasIED ATMASKSC Speech Privacy Level Control. The ATMASKSC features calibrated 1dB level steps making it ideally suited to work with the M1000A35 when commissioning a masking system. Note: The ATMASKSC will attenuate the level a maximum of 9dB and will not turn the signal completely off.
Installation The illustration below shows how to mount the M1000A35 to an open or plenum ceiling. AtlasIED suggests suspending the unit via a cable to the enclosed hanging brackets. The cable must be secured enough to handle 5 times the weight of the unit. Note: The suspension location in the ceiling must meet local building codes.
