Sealing the end of the bag
1. Cut a length of plastic vacuum bag roll long enough to contain the food that you
wish to pack. Remember to leave a little extra for the seal.
2. Plug the vacuum sealer into a wall socket (the blue LED indicator (9) will come on).
3. Open the lid and slide the plastic under the bag clip (3).
4. Feed the end of plastic into the vacuum sealer and lay it over the sealing bar (2).
Make sure that the opening of the bag does not reach as far as the vacuum chamber.
Stretch the bag to remove any folds.
5. Press [ VAC Seal/Seal ], the red LED indicator will come on, now close the lid.
6. Press down the lid and hold it closed until the LED indicator changes to blue.
The end of the bag is now sealed.
7. Press the release button (1) and open the lid.
8. Make sure that the seal is airtight.
