based platforms:

Installation Procedure
There are two slots for memory modules. You must install at
least one module, and i t makes no difference which slot you
use to install the module. Each module can be populated with
from 32 MB to 512 MB of memory; total memory capacity is 1
GB.
1. Locate the DIMM slots on the mainboard.
2. The DIMM slots are keyed with notches and the
